Summary
The 20C is Buffalo Bore’s high-mass, low velocity load for the .38 Special and is not a +P load. It is also manufactured with a low-flash powder to reduce the chance of momentarily blinding the shooter in the dark.
Creep was quite minor and is not expected to present a problem in this gun/ammunition combination. Test of the second cartridge was discontinued after one cylinder, due to low quantities of ammunition.
