Summary
The performance of the Winchester Partition Gold ammunition was cause for concern, as the test cartridges endured only 4, 5, 8 and 10 firings before exceeding the test threshold. The velocities in two of the test cartridges also dropped below 1000 fps, which would be a matter of interest to believers in terminal ballistics.
It is our opinion that this cartridge should not be used in the 329PD.
